Last month was the official opening ceremony of the PosterFest 2018 in Budapest, Hungary. It was an honour to have 2 of my posters (Suzhou Zigzag and Unfair Play) selected for the exhibition with many iconic designers such as Milton Glaser, Lex Drewinski, Niklaus Troxler and more.
Very proud to finally announce that my student Ariel Guevara (who studies Graphic Design at the Universidad UTE) has been selected in the prestigious Golden Bee 13 Moscow Global Biennale of Graphic Design in Russia.
The Golden Bee is considered to be one of the best biennales of graphic design in the world so it is very hard to describe in words how proud I am of my student. Ariel’s work will be exhibited in Moscow started next week and then it will begin a world tour in various countries around the world.

At the start of May was the official opening of the Strelka International Design Biennale 2018. It was an honor that my poster ‘Book Head – Maxim Gorky’ was selected for this prestigious biennale in Russia.

During the last week of November was the opening of the exhibition Ecuador. Diseño Mega diverso which was part of the BICeBé 2017.
It was an honour to have my poster Dead Leaf selected to be part of this exhibition with such iconic designers such as James Verdesoto, Vanessa Zuñiga, Pablo Iturralde, Belén Mena and many more talented Ecuadorians. Also a special mention to my student Pablo Machado Encalada for being selected.
I am extremely proud to announce that my poster ‘Glide Location’ has been selected for the 2017 edition of the best social poster competition in the world ‘Poster For Tomorrow‘.
This year the topic was Freedom of Movement and over 7000 posters were submitted from all around the world. Starting from yesterday the 100 selected posters will be begin a world tour in more than 50 cities.
This is the 7th occasion that I have been selected for this prestigious international competition which is absolutely crazy for me to even to think about.
A huge thanks to all the jury members and a special mention to all of the people who like, comment and support my work all around the world, it is very much appreciated.
