I am proud to announce that 4 of my students (Ricky Acosta, Sebastian Araujo, Jonathan Guillén and Jonathan Cevallos) from the career of Diseño Gráfico Publicitario at the Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial in Quito, Ecuador have been selected for the Sin Barreras International Poster Competition in Venezuela.
The competition is organised by the international social organisation Un Mundo Sin Mordaza that promotes Human Rights, freedom and justice through creativity and art in all its manifestations: humor, poetry, music, among others.
Congratulations to my students for representing our career, the university and also humanity.
The Golden Bee is considered to be one of the best Graphic Design competitions in the world and during the 12th edition they received an astonishing 15710 posters from 80 countries from all around the world of which only 672 were selected for the exhibition and book.
It is an honour to announce that my poster ‘Safety Against Violence’ has been selected for the 2016 edition of Poster for Tomorrow – Make Extremism History.
The selected 100 posters will be exhibited in several cities around the world such as Aix-En-Provence, Ankara, Cairo, Chelyabink, Doha, Florence, Gainesville, Guayaquil, Istanbul, Karachi, kermanshah, Marrakech, Mumbai, Sarajevo, Tabriz, Thessaloniki, Quito and more.
