Last week was the official opening of the Retroavangarda’s Collage Art Exhibition in Warsaw, Poland. It was an honour to have my work exhibited with some of the best collage artists throughout the world.
The project gathered 105 designers from 30 different countries. The remarkable result of their collaborations were 69 posters, dedicated to the cultural heritage of their countries. The aim of WGD was once again successful: People with a different origin, language, culture or gender, were inspired and created without physical contact, taking advantage of the opportunity that is given to them by modern technology.
During the last week of December 2017 it was an honour to be one of the Ecuadorian designers to create a poster for the ‘DIGNAVIDAD Exposición de Carteles’ organised by the Acervo Ecuatoriano del Cartel.
The exhibition took place at the Terminal Terrestre in the city of Ibarra, Ecuador of which raised the topic of consumerism during the Christmas period.
Last month was the official inauguration of ‘Speak Up Poster 2017 International Invitational Poster Exhibition’ in Mexico. For the exhibition I created the poster ‘Skull Bullet Teeth’ based on the theme: Dangerous World Now, A Better World Tomorrow.

During the last week of November was the opening of the exhibition Ecuador. Diseño Mega diverso which was part of the BICeBé 2017.
It was an honour to have my poster Dead Leaf selected to be part of this exhibition with such iconic designers such as James Verdesoto, Vanessa Zuñiga, Pablo Iturralde, Belén Mena and many more talented Ecuadorians. Also a special mention to my student Pablo Machado Encalada for being selected.
